Midsummer Awakening - restore, reconnect & refocus
Midsummer Awakening - restore, reconnect & refocus
Celebrate the midsummer with a weekend of singing, movement and breathwork immersed in nature.
Join Ruth and friends for a joyful weekend to celebrate and deepen our connection to ourselves, our bodies, our voices, our breath and the earth. Bring your tent or campervan to set up camp in the grounds of Loveders Farm in West Sussex with workshops on breathwork, voicework, movement, nature crafting along with space to rest and relax, swim in the onsite pool or the sea.
This is for you if:
You need a break and space from everyday life. Step out to step inwards.
You are curious to experience something new. Go on a quest to awaken aliveness within.
You are feeling overworked, depleted, and stressed. Choose self-care and nourishment.
You are going through a transition. Leave behind the old and get ready to step into the new self.
You are looking for meaningful connections. Meet yourself & other like-minded people in an intentional way.
You want to feel free to express yourself. Connect with and liberate your body and voice.
