Singing for Health in Organisations

Singing for health one-off workshops or regular groups can be a fantastic way for an organisation to support the health of employees, in addition to building confidence, teamwork and improving communication. Research shows that group singing results in faster bonding compared to other activities, resulting in a more effective cooperation. Group singing supports the mental health and wellbeing of workers, reducing stress and thereby increasing productivity, giving people practical tools and exercises they can take away with them.

Organisations we have run regular office choirs or one-off team-building events for:

Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists

Barclays Bank

Eden CanCan

C40

Hammerson

Your warm, friendly approach is hugely enabling, a ‘can do’ atmosphere pervades all the activities.
